Description:   Opened: 2008-12-22 07:21 
The Error Dialog was opening when I Clicked Right Button on the nail for some
nail operation.

EditMode: "Selection Tool" is selected.

ErrorMessage:
 Caught unexpected java.util.MissingResourceException:Can't resource for bundle
java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key si_mb_edit:Nail

Fixed in rev. 4223. Will be part of version 4.0.8.
