In the same way we have a global declaration for variables, I would be nice to have a global declaration for invariants on the system. This is obviously just syntactic sugar as we could just as well add the invariant to all location or create a new component with just one location that has the invariant. However, for end users I believe that the ability to write global invariants is the most convenient way of doing this.
