Cannot access the help system at url such as 
http://www.it.uu.se/research/group/darts/uppaal/help.php?file=WebHelp

Many links in the documentation section are broken too (the two first links in Documentation section)

Taking over this one.
The webhelp links has been fixed (long time ago).
